Tory "Donorgate" - A Comprehensive List!

What influence will all the health care companies, the accountancy firms
David Cameron & Tories
Bankrolled By Companies Set To Make
Millions Out Of NHS Contracts
Awarded By Government After
Radical NHS Reforms
, insurance companies and the big banks and hedge funders etc, who all donate millions to the Tory Party have on Tory policy? On our lives, these are unelected big business, banks and newspaper barons, that are dictating the way we live our lives. Below is a list, a must read, any you see I have left off please post and I will research them and add them on, this is important, this is an outright threat to our democracy, our NHS, our jobs etc. You cannot trust this government, they have blatantly lied, connived, deliberate mislead the us, stole our votes fraudulently, let's kick them out BEFORE they do much more damage and BEFORE they privatise our NHS.

It is naive to think that all these people donate millions of pounds to the Conservative party and want nothing back in return, of course they do. Stuart Wheeler who has donated millions of pounds to the Tories even admits this. (See below)

NHS

Health Secretary Andrew Lansley's restructuring of the NHS will be as music to the ears of private healthcare companies – many owned by private equity firms who have made generous donations to the Tory party in the recent past.

How much influence do big money donors hope to buy with their money?

As former multi-millionaire Tory donor who has donated millions to the Conservatives Stuart Wheeler says, "absolutely natural and unobjectionable" for big donors to gain influence over policy".
So we can presume from his statement that Mr Wheeler has in fact gained influence from the Conservative party/government, in return for his donations?
In just eight short months many of the private healthcare companies have donated over three quarters of a million pounds (£750.000) to the Conservative party, these are companies that are set to cash in on the Tory led government's plans to totally gut the NHS.

Under the Tories’ total dismantling and destruction of the health service, despite protests, GPs will be forced to take charge of the purse strings of the £80 billion budget. It could mean private firms land multi-million-pound contracts as hard-pressed family doctors hire them to deal with other parts of the service and handle the accounts. There are fears those companies will end up buying services like operations and hospital care from the private sector under "any willing provider" instead of buying care from the NHS under the present preferred provider scheme. The NHS will become just another part of the "any willing provider" system. Under Lansley's plans, hospitals will be allowed to provide unlimited private care, where any "willing provider" will be able to deliver services.
With competition law now set to be enforced, NHS hospitals will have no more right to carry out NHS operations than private healthcare firms.
This is already happening under NHS Direct pilot schemes where the service has been renamed NHS 111 and already these pilot schemes are reporting and sharp increase in the number of people being sent to Accident & Emergency Services, as untrained staff feel unable to make a judgement call on patients ringing the service. (Medically trained operators are being replaced with people who have undergone just 72 hours training)

GPs are, generally speaking, neither managers nor accountants. As a result, other "winners" will be private management consultants such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey, who also anticipate huge income from Lansley's restructuring.

Tory Donors and the NHS

Lord Blyth - Boots Chemists deputy chairman. Tory Donor. Stands to gain from the break up and privatisation of the NHS wants to buy the Walk in Centres.

UK Pharmaceutical Industry Courting the Conservative party -
The UK pharmaceutical industry has also begun gearing up for a change in government, as drug companies have been reshuffling their public affairs teams and courting the Conservative party. The American Pharmaceutical Group handed public affairs briefs to Hanover Communications, who also represents National Health Service (NHS) cancer screening departments, and in December 2009 hosted a meeting on the Conservatives’ approach to regulating business.

John Nash - Hedge fund boss  is one of the major Conservative donors with close ties to the healthcare industry.
John Nash and wife Caroline gave £203,500 to the party over the past five years.
Andrew Lansley also accepted a £21,000 donation for his private office from John Nash, chairman of Care UK.
Mr Nash STILL continues to work as a consultant to the firm, which provides walk-in centres, GP surgeries and other specialist services, after selling his majority stake to a private equity firm last year.
Lansley has been accused of a direct conflict of interest because Care UK makes 96 per cent of its money from the NHS.
At the time the Lib Dems slammed the payments as a “staggering conflict of interest”.
Now the Liberal Democrats are totally ignoring this and helping the Tories vote the decimation of our NHS through parliament.
MORE than a year after a company chairman’s wife donated £21,000 to the office of Health Secretary Andrew Lansley, the same company has been awarded a £53m NHS prison health contract.
The contract, awarded by the North-East Offender Health Commissioning Unit, has been awarded to Care UK rather than current NHS providers.

Private Health Care -  companies had donated £750,000 to the Tory party, asking: Doesn't  the Prime Minister see the conflict of interest in this?

Sir Peter Gershon - Chair of Healthcare UK and whose company stands to benefit millions from NHS cuts, which Sir Peter himself helped the Tories to draw up! If ever there was a clear cut case of conflict of interests this is it.

Ryan Robson - Major Tory donor who has given the party £252,429.45 his company invests in numerous private healthcare firms including Choice and Christchurch Court, which provide specialist and residential care.
His donations included £50,000 to be a member of the party’s “Leader’s Group”, a secretive cash-for-access club. The would-be MP, who tried but failed to get selected as the election candidate in Bracknell, is managing partner at Sovereign Capital.

Dolar Popat - Nursing and care home tycoon  has given the Conservatives £209,000.
Has amassed an estimated £42million fortune as founder and chief of TLC Group, which provides services for the elderly.
Mr Cameron made the businessman a peer shortly after entering No10 last May, and Lord Popat’s donations include a £25,000 gift registered a week after the Tories’ health reforms were unveiled last July.

Sir Christopher Gent - non-executive chairman of GlaxoSmithKline, (drug company) has given £113,400 to the Conservative Party.

IC Technology- which provides computer services to the NHS, has handed the Tories £70,000 over the past two years.

Philip Scott - chief of the Priory Group, has donated £20,000.
The famous Priory Clinic is private but Mr Scott has revealed in the past most of its income comes from NHS or local council referrals.

The Trichological Clinic Limited - which operates out of Harrods has handed balding David Cameron and the Tories £10,000 last year.

Senior Tories - who helped formulate the party’s health policy in Opposition have had links to private health care and health insurance firms.

Julian Schild -  When in opposition Shadow minister Stephen O’Brien’s office received three payments totalling £40,000 from Julian Schild. Mr Schild’s family made £184million in 2006 by selling hospital bed-makers Huntleigh Technology.

BUPA - Mark Simmonds MP - A second shadow health minister Mark Simmonds accepted a US trip to Boston worth £4,512 from private health provider BUPA.

Lord McColl of Dulwich - Tory health spokesman in the Lords, is a consultant of Endeavour Healthcare. David cameron has previously defended Lord McColl of Dulwich, after it emerged that the peer is a paid consultant to a new private healthcare company that provides a paid-for rival to the NHS's GP service.

Dr Mark Lloyd-Davies - Defeated Prospective Tory MP for Bristol South.
Would have made a valuable addition to the Conservatives’ pharma-friendly team. According to the Conservative website: “Mark is the UK head of the pharmaceutical government affairs and communications team in the world's largest healthcare company [Sanofi-Aventis], so he’s already familiar with the workings of Westminster.”

Mr Heathcoat-Amory- FORMER Tory MP for Wells and a former Treasury minister, registered a payment of "£1,671.08 and health benefit to the value of £86.17" in July from Western Provident Association, which provides private medical insurance policies.
The former  MP also worked as a non-executive director for the firm, which pays him around £20,000 a year, as well as his former duties as a constituency MP.
Helen Whately - Former Conservative parliamentary candidate has shrugged off any suggestion of a conflict of interest, after it emerged she works for the same consultants helping draw up plans which could see the A+E or maternity unit at Kingston Hospital removed.
Her website states she works as a management consultant specialising in healthcare, mainly in the NHS but does not mention her employer McKinsey.
Aventis Pharma -
Andrew Lansley and Simon Burns  attended an oncology conference in the US paid for by Aventis Pharma.

Norbrook Pharmaceuticals - Millions of pounds donated to the Tories by Norbrook Pharmaceuticals, which boasts its mission is to "aggressively expand" its healthcare business.

Johnson & Johnson - Tory register reveals donations from a lobbying group that works for Johnson & Johnson, the US multi-national health and hygiene corporation.

London Secure Services - Mr Lansley has also registered a donation from London Secure Services, a care firm that sparked outrage after it ran up  £1.24million in debts and made its staff redundant with two hours notice.
Banker and Hedge Fund Tory Donors

Michael-Alen Buckley - Chairman, RAB Capital
Founded the hedge fund with Phillip Richards on 1 April 1999. The company was floated in 2004. Has donated to the Tory party

Henry Angest - Flowidea Ltd  Arbuthnot Banking Group Plc £1,347, 600

Zac and Ben Goldsmith - The world's most famous banking dynasty. The Conservative party hid donations of £40,000 from from Zac Goldsmith, his brother Ben and two billionaire brothers in an apparent breach of the law.
The donations were recorded on official records as coming from Unicorn Administration, an intermediary company that helps run the finances of the super-rich.

Stanly Fink...  Co-treasurer, Conservative Party, is apparently "the Godfather" of the hedge fund industry and runs hedge fund International Standard Asset Management .
Wants to raise £40m to “blow Labour out of the water” by the end of 2009. (he didn't succeed) Recently left Man Group and started ISAM, another hedge fund. A keen philanthropist who backs three academy schools, he is a multimillionaire and a big Tory party donor
Fink also a key donor to the Boris Johnson mayoral campaign he donated more than £1 million to the Tories in the run up to the 2010 general election.

David Cameron -  has taken millions of pounds in donations from hedge-fund managers whose firms made fortunes taking bets that the share price in British banks would fall. Donors are entitled to attend intimate suppers with Cameron.
These intimate suppers were held at Cameron's House of Commons offices but after being criticised by the standards watchdog they now take place outside parliament.

Jeremy Isaacs - Heads his own investment firm
Stepped down from running Lehman Brothers’ European operations just before the crash. Now runs his own investment firm with ex-colleague Roger Nagioff, who was head of Lehmans’ fixed income division. Has been a big Conservative party donor.

Michael Hintze ...Head of CQS, who has given £662,500 and whose organisation shorted shares in Bradford and Bingley.
This multi-millionaire philanthropist manages a hedge fund worth £4.5bn. He has given about £20m to charity and is worth £250m. Caught up in the cash for honours scandal when he revealed he had given the Tory party about £1m and loaned them £2.5m more.

Paul Ruddock... Chief Executive Landsdowne Hedge Fund said to have made £100m short-selling Northern Rock, has given the Conservatives almost £210,000.

David Craigen...who has donated £50,000.  Paul Ruddock and David Craigen own investment firm, Lansdowne, and short sold shares in HBOS.

Howard Shore - A multi-millionaire banker and Tory donor  Raising £2 million for the Tory party is sponsoring David Cameron’s lavish £1,000-a-head Tory ball next week (Feb 2011) Mr Shore will be one of dozens of super-rich bankers toasting the Government’s failure to make a major dent in their £7billion bonuses. The star guests will be Prime Minister David Cameron and Chancellor George Osborne.
Premier tickets for the event cost £1,000 each, or £10,000 for a table. The cheapest seats for less well-heeled Tories are £400 a head or £4,000 a table. Up to 1,200 people, including regulars Mr Cameron and his wife Samantha, will attend next Monday’s bash in South London, which aims to raise £2million for the Party.

RF Trustee Co - Several donors, but five of these belonged to the Fleming Banking Family.  £1, 689, 500

Simon Dingemans - Goldman Sachs
A mergers and acquisitions banker, Mr Dingemans has handled deals worth £250bn and is one of the most highly paid in the City. Called in by BAA to plot a defence against Ferrovial’s takeover bid but was beaten by Citigroup, adviser to the Spanish conglomerate.

Pierre Rolin - Credit Suisse  Mr Rolin gave £12,000 to the Tory Party in February last year, taking his total donations to £88,000. He also moved in the same circles as Boris Johnson, the London Mayor, giving his office the initial £80,000 capital for a study into the Olympic Park's new visitor attraction . Mr Rolin is currently being pursued through the courts by creditors for £43 million.

Prominent figures from the financial services industrygave £500,000 (€574,838) to the UK's Conservative Party in the second week of the General Election campaign, amounting to nearly a quarter of all of donations to the opposition party.

Accountancy Giants

Accountancy giants KMPG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Grant Thornton have donated to the Conservative party the equivalent of hundreds of thousands of pounds in cash and non-cash donations such as staff secondments and consultancy services.

KPMG - Donated  over £400.000 to Tories

Pricewaterhouse Coopers - Donated over £500.000 This company anticipates huge income from Andrew Lansley's radical restructuring of the NHS.

Deloitte - £400,000 worth of non-cash services from Deloitte since 2005

Grant Thornton - made a non-cash donation of £15,000 over the same period

It is no surprise that these companies gave around £1 million in staff time to the Tory party, pre-election, to help get them into power! Question that *MUST* be asked, if this is so, then these companies MUST have known what the Cameron, Lansley and the Tories were intending to do with the NHS. Which PROVES that Cameron, Osborne and Lansley were LYING and gaining votes under false pretenses! Remember  Cameron said; "there will be no more top down reorganisation of the NHS"

All these companies benefited from  the government's decision to close down the Audit Commission, the public spending quango.
The Tories went on accepting almost £100,000 worth of donations from the disgraced tax exile more than a year after they said he had stopped supporting them financially.

Seeming to be seen as a guardian of public health, Lansley wants the makers of fattening foods to pay for adverts highlighting the dangers of obesity, whilst at the same ensuring that the regulation of their unhealthy foods will become even lighter thanks to his abolition of the Food Standards Agency.

Law Firms

DLA Piper/Nick Clegg/Francis Maude - Francis Maude, the Cabinet Office minister, today defended the government after it emerged that the law firm where the deputy prime minster's wife works has a long-standing contract with his department.
Maude said it would be "ridiculous" to debar companies whose employees are related to ministers after criticism over the Cabinet Office paying the legal firm that employs Miriam González Durántez £88,000 this year.

Spread Betting

Michael Spencer -  Chief Executive IPG Ltd  Intercaptial Private Group £3,832,400  Billionaire Oxford alumnus and founder of ICAP, one of the world’s biggest brokers. He is also the party’s co-treasurer, owns the spreadbetting firm City Index and has other business interests. He has raised millions for the Conservative party.

Stuart Wheeler  - in the past has given £3.933. 300 said it is "absolutely natural and unobjectionable" for big donors to gain influence over policy.  "Fairness isn't the be all and end all." (So we can assume that Stuart Wheeler is gaining influence in the Tory party for his mega bucks?)
Dodgy Arms Deals Tory Donors
May Makhzoumi - gave £50.000 to Tories on the eve of the election, the Tories received large donations from the wives of two controversial Middle Eastern businessmen linked to arms deals. Data from the Electoral Commission showed May Makhzoumi gave the Tories £50,000 a week before the election. Her billionaire Lebanese husband, Fouad, was involved in a weapons deal scandal that brought down the former Tory defence minister, Jonathan Aitken.

Rosemary Said - £50,000 donation was recorded a week earlier from Rosemary Said, the wife of Wafic Said. Mr Said was linked to a deal between BAE and Saudi Arabia, which was investigated by the Serious Fraud Office following allegations of bribery. Mr Said, born in Syria, is barred from making donations to British political parties as he is not deemed to be a British resident. He has denied distributing commissions to members of the Saudi royal family.

Big Business Tory Donors

Andrew Cook - Mr Cook donated £500,000  to the Conservative party, along with the £54,000 worth of plane flights to David Cameron largest donor in Yorkshire and caused uproar when it emerged that Cook had successfully lobbied to prevent Sheffield Forgemasters from getting a government loan, which remains a highly controversial issue - Nick Clegg deliberately mislead the House over this issue.
The man who donated almost £750,000 in cash and flights to Cameron's campaign started an email "I am the largest donor to the conservative party" and then went on to call for the loan to Forgemasters to be axed.

Downing Street are unable to confirm if Cameron was personally lobbied.
Question; Why? It is in the public interest, possible corruption of our government always is!

Six more questions spring to mind

1. Why was Forgemasters loan cancelled when other loans to business weren't?

2. Was Cameron lobbied by Andrew Cook, the owner of a rival company to Sheffield Forgemasters and who has made several unsuccessful bids to buy the company in the past?

3. And was Mr Cook, the Tory donor,  present on any one of the 23 flights David Cameron accepted from him?
4. Why was the loan refused, when it so obviously more than met the criteria Cameron, Osborne, Clegg and Vince Cable (remember him?) set to try and grow British manufacturing jobs?

5. And what an earth was Nick Clegg doing allowing this to happen in his own back yard?

6. And has Nick Clegg been reprimanded for deliberately misleading the House of Commons?

David Ross - Founder, Carphone Warehouse
Quit as London Mayor Boris Johnson’s aide after he used £120m of his company’s shares to back personal loans. The ex-public schoolboy, who has donated more than £150,000 to the Tories, is a friend of Lord Marland the ex-party treasurer Former Carphone Warehouse Tory donor and a friend of Prime Minister David Cameron, has endured a tumultuous recession and was forced to stand down from the boards of Carphone and a number of other firms after it emerged he used shares to back investments in commercial property.

Aidan Heavey - chief executive of Tullow Oil, has donated £5,500.

Simon Wolfson - Next boss given the party £293,000  and is understood to be pivotal in encouraging business figures to sign a letter opposing Labour's plan to increase National Insurance. The letter, released during the election campaign, provided a major boost for the Tories. AWARDED A PEERAGE BY DAVID CAMERON! (The NI rise was held back for bosses but employees had to pay increased contributions - another lie from Cameron.)
Hunter Boots - which is owned by Tory minister and long-term donor to the Conservative Party Lord Marland.  Prime Minister David Cameron  gave two pairs of Hunter wellies to President Barack Obama's daughters Malia and Sasha. (Bet Cameron did NOT  pay for them!)
Reuben Brothers - £14,390 came from the Reuben brothers, property developers and aluminium tycoons who made a fortune in Russia
David Rowland.... David Cameron asked David Rowland to become party Treasurer, despite Rowlands past shady deals, Cameron was later forced to rescind the offer but not before he took  £137.000 off of David Rowland, just weeks before Rowland was forced to step down as Tory party treasurer. Further, Rowland 65, gave the Tories a cash injection of £2.7 million in the run up to the 2010 general election.
The Bamford Family - JCB Researchers/World Brands £3, 898,900

Robert Edmiston - IM Properties International Motors Ltd £3, 274, 200
He was questioned by detectives about the secret loan deal that he struck with the Conservative Party which had the effect of circumventing the law that requires all donations of £5,000 or more to be made public.

Midlands Industrial Council -  (plus individual members) have donated £3, 135,500. Has also in three years given £950,000 to 50 constituency parties including Mr Cameron’s, which received £5,500.
Most of the members of the MIC, which is registered to a terraced house in a Lincolnshire village, are anonymous.
The MIC gives £1 million a year to Constituency Campaigning Services, a support centre for Tory candidates, at Coleshill Manor, a Midlands country house. Mr Edmiston, a key member of MIC, owns Coleshill Manor. He was not available for comment.
Mr Cameron, challenged on the BBC One Sunday AM programme (Oct 1 2006)about the confidential backers of the MIC, said that he knew the identity of them because he had met them. But the party said later that it would continue to withhold their identities. It is taking advantage of a loophole in election law which means that the membership list can remain confidential because MIC is an unincorporated association.
The Coleshill Manor centre was described by Conservative Central Office as independent of the party and registered with the Electoral Commission as a “regulated donee”. Mr Cameron contradicted that yesterday when he said Coleshill Manor was “effectively a part of the Conservative Party”.
The commission states that membership associations registered as regulated donees cannot be part of a political party.
Lord Laidlaw... Monaco-based Tory tax exile who has given the Conservative party more than £4m.

ABC- Abbey Business Centres - (Lord Laidlaw's company)  had also donated £60,000 in the form of free rent and services last year(2009) The donations are controversial because of Laidlaw's tax status.
Records show ABC donated £5,000 in rent and services to the Tories in January, £10,000 in March, and £8,387 in May . The donations were in lieu of rent on a building in Edinburgh's Princes Street that the Scottish Tory party used as its headquarters until May.
ABC has donated almost £85,000 in free rent and business services to the Conservatives, according to the Electoral Commission.
Over the past five years, ABC has given £807,000 in cash and £540,887 in "non-cash" donations to the Tories. Overall, Laidlaw, who made his money organising international business conferences, is estimated to have given the Tories more than £4m. This is despite the Conservatives announcing they were not accepting further donations for Lord Laidlaw until his tax issues were sorted out.

Lord Ashcroft - Belize tax exile donated millions of pounds to Tory coffers and ploughed millions into the marginal Tory constituencies, to help them wing the 2010 election - this is despite telling the Tories he was registered for tax purposes in the UK, when clearly he was not.

Bearwood Corporate Services - (Ashcroft’s company) donated £4,131,995 to the Conservatives over the four-year period, in 27 separate chunks of cash or services in kind, such as focus groups or printing costs.
Ashcroft's company was found to be the biggest single donor since David Cameron became leader, Without "Ashcroft's millions" in the marginal seats, David Cameron may never have become prime minister. So we had a Conservative Lord, NOT registered to pay tax on money earned in this country, using his untaxed loot to decide the result of the general election and who should govern the country!

Chris Rea -  (Rock star) gave the Conservatives £25,000.

Hans Rausing - Packaging Billionaire and his wife, Marit, who are worth more than £5 billion, have donated almost £100,000.

Dave Whelan -  the owner of Wigan Football Club, has given the party £250,000.

Christopher Moran - Owner, Glenfiddich sports estate
Aserial Tory donor, Mr Moran refuses to answer questions about money lent to the party. Said to be a supporter of David Davis and to be worth £200m, he owns the 48,000-acre Glenfiddich sports estate in Scotland. He was expelled from Lloyd’s of London in 1982.

Baroness Hogg - Tory peer
Sarah Hogg was previously Governor of the BBC and economics editor of The Independent and a member of John Major’s policy unit. She is married to Douglas Hogg, who controversially claimed money from parliamentary expenses to have his moat cleared.

Siv Jensen  - Leader, Norwegian Progress Party
Ms Jensen’s populist, right-wing party narrowly failed to grasp power from the ruling left coalition earlier this month. She is intent on shrinking Norway’s welfare system.
Disingenuous Tories On National Insurance Contributions

Seventeen of the 35 chairmen or chief executives who signed Osborne's letter endorsing spending cuts, were among the businessmen who endorsed a similar round-robin letter before the May election backing Tory plans to reverse Labour's proposal to raise national insurance contributions by 1 per cent. Mr Osborne later cancelled it for employers but retained it for employees.

George Osborne MP - Conservative Chancellor Is avoiding paying over a £1 million inheritance tax to the treasury he is in charge of.

Fund Raising Dinners for Financial Backers

David Cameron  £50.000 per year buys you access to the prime minister, who is personally raising cash for the Conservative Party by offering to attend dinners with businessmen/people. The Prime Minister and senior Cabinet ministers are willing to parade themselves to wealthy donors at functions ranging from drinks after the weekly Prime Minister's Question Time in the Commons, to campaign launches.

Treasurer's Group - For £25,000 per year financial backers can join the Treasurer's Group, which describes itself as “aimed at substantial financial supporters with a keen interest in politics!"

Renaissance Forum -  £10,000 a year will buy membership of the Renaissance Forum and a chance to debate policy with senior figures. It is, says the website, “for our closest supporters to enjoy dinners and political debate with eminent speakers from the world of business and politics”.

Conservative Party Conference - £1000 one off payment buys Financial backers access to ministers at £1,000-a-plate dinners which were held at the  Conservative party conference in Birmingham in 2010. (One wonders if they spoke abut the 10.000 strong demonstration against their cuts which took place and who David Cameron had re routed away from directly outside the conference hall, probably not wanting the great unwashed to bother his wealth backers.)

Angie Bray - Conservative MP  Ealing Central and Acton -  is a PR professional from Cameron's "A-list was unabashed about using political links formed while working for the Tory communications machine to help her private PR clients quote:
"I have introduced private clients for my lobbying company to political contacts. But I have always felt I was on the side of the angels''
Oh OK Angie it's OK to be corrupt in that case!

I ask this question again, what does David Cameron actually do to earn the salary the taxpayer is paying him? He is gaffe prone, appears to know absolutely nothing, if he is asked something unexpectedly he is blown way of course and cannot answer. Now we see he appears to spend all of his time raising millions of pounds for the Tory party coffers!

David Cameron The Clueless Clot In Downing Street!

David Cameron
"Clueless Clot in Downing Street"
David Cameron has only been prime minister for about eight months, yet his judgement has been called into question countless times. If anyone is waiting for Cameron to grow into the job of being a prime minister, I hope they are not holding their breath, he only seems to have one gear and that unfortunately is in reverse. In amongst the never ending insane policy ideas, initiatives, directives, cuts, changes and radical reforms, that we are being bombarded with each day from this "mandateless" government, are three men who for all intents and purposes have proved to be totally clueless.

The reason we are being bombarded like this is because this government have deliberately set out on a course to govern with brutal right wing ideology and to get that passed the electorate, they using chaos, confusion and mayhem, it is a deliberate tactic, in short this dishonest duplicitous government are trying to hoodwink and mislead us by bombarding us daily in the hope that we will forget about most of it, and should in the future they be questioned, they will simply say had previously announced, as if this is an excuse for their fecklessness.
The UK is enveloped in a tsunami of ideological change, not because it is good for the country, but because it is good for the Conservative party and it is the only way they know. Basically the Conservative party is made up out of boring old farts that refuse to acknowledge change, others that reside in Victorian Britain, and then younger ones like Cameron and Osborne (and Clegg) the "sons of Thatcher" who themselves are also strongly wedded to Tory party right wing ideology, but realise people do not like it, so have deliberately set out to con their way to power by purposefully lying to and deceiving the British people deliberately misleading them.

They want us to believe they are embarking on "new politics", but we have all seen their idea of "new politics" is lies, lies and more lies and the complete sham that it is! There is nothing new about the sleaze, lies and double standards that emit from this government on a daily basis. The Conservatives (as they usually do) are governing purely for right wing political reasons, to always please their financial backers, their banker friends and their hedge funder mates, who each donate millions to the Tory party. Today's Tory party are the richest party in the history of politics, there has never been a richer political party and the majority of their money has come from non dom tax exiles; like Lord Ashcroft and hedge "funders"  who trade on peoples' misery while we are in recession and others connected to city banks and big business. Even the Tory chancellor George Osborne hires a team of accountants to get him out of paying tax to the UK Treasury he now runs, while other millionaire cabinet members like Philip Hammond Transport secretary, transferred all his assets into his wife's name to avoid paying 50p tax rate when the Tories came to power and International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell, whose job is to alleviate world poverty’, has made large returns on investments in the British Virgin Islands, another tax haven.
They keep using this term "we are all in this together" although clearly we are not, the vast majority of us are not millionaires who avoid paying our taxes to the British Treasury for a start, George Osborne pinched this saying from "Glee" anyway, a programme that "call me Dave" would have us all believe he is an avid watcher of.

Forget the "compassionate Conservatism" agenda which spin doctor "call me Dave" has been pushing for a few years, once the Tories got into unelected power, they quickly ditched the compassion bit, bought themselves 23 Liberal Democrat MPs, converted them to Tories and set about the most brutal, ruthless right wing Tory agenda forcing the sick, weak, vulnerable, disabled, the young and the elderly and the poorest off to pay for the sins of their banker mates, whose greed caused this crisis in the first place, while allowing their banker mates to get away Scot free. Both party's manifestos were binned before the ink was dry, and a hastily written  "coalition paper" took their place, which was then promptly discarded faster than whore's knickers on a Friday night.

Britain is now lost in a tsunami of ideological change purely for political reasons, we are in a storm of change just for change sake and it is costing this country, our lives, and the very fabric of our society dear, many of the most radical reforms like the privatisation of our NHS we are never going to be able to take back into public ownership and it is scary. We are being governed by two nincompoops and a buffoon.

David Cameron would be better suited to the name of "gaffe man", he is gaffe prone, dimwitted and totally clueless, but because of the position he has somehow wormed his way into with the help of dubious people like, James and Rupert Murdoch, Andy Coulson and Rebekah Brooks and an assortment of rich and sometimes corrupt businessmen and bankers and Lords and others that do not want to pay their UK taxes (like chancellor George Osborne), he is dangerous, he has become a power craving megalomaniac and he has created complete chaos and confusion. Cameron's judgement is not merely bad, it is absolutely appalling, you can tell that by his choice of deputy Prime Minister (Nick Clegg) and to all the above you can add hundreds of broken promises and bare faced lies and lying to the British people. NEVER in all my days have I known a government to lie like the present one.

All the rich  people above, the hedge funders, the big businessmen and the cit bankers that worked to put David Cameron and the Tories into power, if you thought they did that because they liked Cameron and that he was very able and thought he would make a good prime minister and a good job of running the country, you would be totally and utterly wrong!  They worked, conspired and connived to get Cameron into power because they knew he was an intellectual lightweight, they knew he was weak and would be a total pushover, they knew he would give them what they wanted, especially as he would feel obliged to them because of the millions of pounds they had donated and will donate to the Tory party, in short they bought David Cameron, and got him into power for their own narrow self interests, so now we have a lame duck, intellectually challenged moron as a prime minister who is a complete joke and more, continues to show this country up on the world stage, last week Davos was a prime example of this.

Judgement Calls....

David Rowland....Against all advice David Cameron asked David Rowland to become party Treasurer, despite Rowlands past shady deals, Cameron was later forced to rescind the offer but not before he took  £137.000 off of David Rowland, just weeks before Rowland was forced to step down as Tory party treasurer. Rowland helped David Cameron and George Osbourne rake in a record £12.3 million into the Tory party coffers!
Further, Rowland 65, gave the Tories a cash injection of £2.7 million in the run up to the 2010 general election.

Philip Green....Cameron phoned up Sir Philip Green and parachuted him into a role to look at spending savings, yes this is the man, the known tax evader who lives in Monaco on a multi billion pound fortune that he made mainly in the UK, but avoids paying tax on, not only this, Green describes giving his wife £1.2 billion pound per year as a "bit of housekeeping".

Stanly Fink...Cameron replaced David Rowland with Stanly Fink as Tory Treasurer. Stanly Fink is apparently "the Godfather" of the hedge fund industry and runs hedge fund International Standard Asset Management and according to the 2008 Sunday Times Rich List he has a personal fortune of £116 million.
Fink a key donor to the Boris Johnson mayoral campaign he donated more than £1 million to the Tories in the run up to the 2010 general election
Hedge funds are like exclusive clubs and they bet on failing banks etc, in short what they do is make money out of recessions and the financial misery of millions of people and those losing their jobs, (like the 500.000 that Cameron and Osborne are in the process of making jobless). You could argue that there is a clear conflict of interests here and that Fink (just like Rowland) should be well clear of the political arena for obvious reasons, but not least because Cameron is going very easy on the banks, (the very banks that cause this crisis), at least we now know why, most of them are huge financial backers of the Conservative party!
David Cameron, has taken millions of pounds in donations from hedge-fund managers whose firms made fortunes taking bets that the share price in British banks would fall. Donors are entitled to attend intimate suppers with Cameron.
These intimate suppers were held at Cameron's House of Commons offices but after being criticised by the standards watchdog they now take place outside parliament.

Michael Hintze ...of CQS, who has given £662,500 and whose organisation shorted shares in Bradford and Bingley.

Paul Ruddock...who has given almost £210,000.

David Craigen...who has donated £50,000.  Paul Ruddock and David craigen own investment firm, Lansdowne, and short sold shares in HBOS.

Lord Laidlaw...a Monaco-based Tory tax exile who has given the Conservative party more than £3m.

Rupert Murdoch... and his son James has described the BBC's reach as "chilling". He also complained about the media regulator, Ofcom. Keen to oblige, David Cameron (then in opposition) has promised to abolish Ofcom and scale back the BBC.

James Murdoch...Son of Rupert Murdoch, met David Cameron at the home of Rebekah Brooks over Christmas, shortly after stripping Vince Cable of handling the Murdoch News International proposed BSkyB merger.

Rebekah Brooks...chief executive, of Rupert Murdoch's News International and married to old Etonian former racehorse trainer, Charlie Brooks. Knows Andy Coulson very well, Coulson and Brooks would apparently die for each other it is said. This link gave Cameron a secure line into the social circle that includes James Murdoch, his sister Elisabeth, her husband the publicist Matthew Freud, Wade's second husband,  Charlie Brooks, and Nat Rothschild, of the banking family

Matthew Freud...In summer 2008, David Cameron and his wife were flown in Matthew Freud's private plane to meet Rupert Murdoch in his yacht, Rosehearty, off a Greek island. Afterwards, Cameron was flown to Turkey for a freebie family holiday, and Murdoch went on to Corfu for his daughter's 40th birthday.
A guest said..."It all seems incredibly cosy. James Murdoch, Rebekah Wade, Charlie Brooks, Matthew Freud, Elisabeth Murdoch, Cameron and Osborne are all very much at ease with each other. There is a mix of the social and the political. It all seems incredibly close."  THIS WAS IN 2008! Before Rupert Murdoch's newspapers, the Sun, News of the World and Times, started their personal ridiculing on the then prime minister Gordon Brown.

Daniel Finkelstein....The Times (Murdoch's paper) executive editor,  was behind the paper's extraordinary leader last week attacking the BBC and Mark Thompson for calling on Vince Cable to block News Corp's takeover of BSkyB.

India

Cameron accused the Pakistani president of backing terrorism, when the president's wife was murdered by a terrorist.

Cameron in selling arms and fighter planes to India, against UK advice and protocol.

USA
In his haste to suck up to President Obama, he insulted all our WW2 heroes by referring to us as the US "junior partners" in the war at a time when the US had not even entered the second world war.

While in opposition he had the now Foreign Secretary William Hague, tell senators that if the Tories one the election they were going to make the UK more pro American.

Sheffield Forgemasters

At a time when the UK economy needed all the exports we could muster, Cameron and Osborne reneged on a Labour  promise of an £80 million loan, this caused the company to lose export orders and lose the chance to put British industry right at the forefront of green nuclear technology.
Cameron instead gave Nick Clegg £100 million to waste on a referendum about AV voting system. We would have got the £80 million back from Forgemasters with interest, it would have made by adding exports, hiring more people and making more apprenticeships for young people and help our economy.
Instead we waste a £100 million on Clegg's pie in the sky ideas at a time when this government are cutting back on the NHS, schools etc and has no ideas of how to stimulate growth and we now have a 50.000 rise in unemployment and the virtually every sector in the UK is teetering on the brink of recession and the UK economy contracted by 0.5%. Shocking judgement, absolutely shocking judgement!

Biggest Judgement call Mishap of All.

Leading World Economists, like Josef Stiglitz; 2010 Nobel Prize winner Christopher Pissarides, professor of economics; Paul Krugman  2008 Nobel Prize winning economics professor; Robert MacCulloch, professor of economics, Imperial College, London; David Blanchflower Professor of economics and form advisor on policy to the Bank of England. Others; George Soros hedge funder, Nouriel Roubini (the list is endless)

The Tory led government is aiming to reduce the budget deficit too quickly and is  running a big risk, because severe cuts could throw the economy back into recession. We have already seen evidence of this happening, with the construction sector teetering on the brink of recession, the service sector and voluntary sectors also and the unemployment figures show a massive increase of 50.000,  (and this is not counting those on part time work because they cannot find full-time, which has also massive increased), the housing market hitting record lows and now last week the UK economy contracted by 0.5%.

David Cameron, George Osborne and Nick Clegg and government MPs are all on message and pushing the line that there is no other choice, this is misleading and the public needs to know that there is evidence all over the world of countries making different choices and not embarking on such severe cuts and they are beginning to return to strong growth, (like the USA who are following recommendations from previous UK prime minister Gordon Brown)

For instance, Germany and France have public debt of a similar size to the UK's, but are pursuing very different policies.

The argument being put forward by all these leading economists and the Labour party, who have their own economists in Ed Miliband (leader) Ed Balls (shadow chancellor) and Yvette Cooper and Liam Byrne etc is not that we should not make some strategically placed cuts, but the argument is mostly about the pace of the needed deficit reduction.

We simply do not have to pay the deficit down at this breakneck speed which is one of the biggest and unprecedented gambles ever taken by any government in any country in the world. The UK managed post WW2, to both pay off the enormous deficit and loans to the US, as well as invent the welfare state and the NHS, build houses for a chronic shortage of war torn Britain and boost education.

So we are where we are now, Cameron and his appalling judgement is apparently "not for turning" (wonder where we have heard that before?)

There is a better than even chance of growth in the UK being revised downwards, the full implications of the VAT hike have yet to be felt and the cuts really do not start being felt until April 2011, yet consumer confidence is low and the housing market is in free fall.

So where is the growth in Cameron and Osborne's plans going to come from? Just where is this mystical magical, yet totally elusive growth in the private sector which will suddenly supply the UK economy with a million plus jobs, to offset the appalling and suicidal judgement of David Cameron and his side kick 2nd in history degree chancellor axing of 500.000 public sector workers?  500.000 people suddenly not spending in the economy will produce catastrophic results, it has already started.

Just who is going to benefit from Osborne's policies over the next five years? Who will have the spending power to boost the UK economy? How will the government and the Bank of England reduce NON consumer inflation which is now threatening the financial stability of virtually every normal family with a normal income in the country?  "Who will have better healthcare, better education, more secure pensions, cleaner and safer streets, increased purchasing power, easier mortgage access, or improved employment opportunities? What percentage of the people in the UK do you really think will be "better off" in 5 years time on this austerity programme? It seems obvious that the only beneficiaries are those already holding significant assets and capital - look how well investment banks are doing already. The rest of us are financing their strangle-hold on the economy, by accepting reductions in all of the elements  mentioned above."

Leading economists, the Labour party and others who are worried that austerity on this scale are certainly not "deficit deniers" as the Tories will childishly chant at us when they have no real answers to the above very frightening questions,  it's just virtually impossible not to see the utter chaos and destruction that is now beginning all around us.

Without a doubt, other world leaders are now seeing what some of us here in the UK have seen all along, the UK has elected dangerous incompetents, which would have been a danger at any time, but to have them in government at this global time of financial unrest is more than dangerous, it is terrifying.
Cameron and Osborne though in their deluded millionaire toff boy status that they could run the country, so they set about lying and conning their way to power, many realised what they were doing, which is why Tory support fell away, however, what the majority did not believe was the way in which the Liberal Democrats would sell their souls, their party and their supporters and the British people out for power so readily and prop up this government, who have turned out to be a government like no other British government. A government full of novices and halfwits, gamblers, sleaze and corruption from the top down (Murdoch) above all liars.

If the UK has any sense we will take to the streets and force this government out of power before they have a chance to completely ruin this country and everything we hold dear.

What Do We Actually Pay David Cameron For?

Cameron
"Cricketing While Britain Crumbles"
The whole country had virtually ground to a halt under numerous feet of snow and ice, flights at our main international airport were grounded.

The health secretary Andrew Lansley's arrogance, and astonishing ignorance in not heeding the advice of immunisation experts and experts on the spread of disease, had caused the country to head full on into a swine flu epidemic. Hospitals up and down the country were struggling to cope and were on black alert, critical care beds were full of people suffering from flu and over a 120 mainly babies and young people lost their lives unnecessarily to swine flu.

Where was David Cameron, to guide the country and give explanations and reassurances about what was being done over the unnecessary swine flu outbreak? He was nowhere to be seen, he only came out briefly to bask in the reflected glory of the England Cricket team winning the ashes, to gush about  how "the guys had lifted the spirits of everyone" and then later to promise a champagne reception for them at Downing Street. Nice work if you can get it, but what does David Cameron actually do for his money besides breaking every single promise and lying through his back teeth about everything?

Recently his Director of Communications Andy Coulson resigned (not before time), apparently David Cameron said that he only ever had sleepless nights when he had been overruled by Andy Coulson. Cameron also said that Coulson has given good service to the country! Why was Andy Coulson overruling the prime minister on anything? And I have been wondering in what capacity Coulson actually served this country? After all at the end of the day, Coulson was just a glorified ex red top tabloid hack being paid an astronomical salary of £140.000 per year by the taxpayer! (So much for the common touch eh?)
We learned last weekend that Coulson was actually overruling David Cameron and the cabinet on policy making over inheritance tax. If Coulson was making policy, then what exactly is David Cameron doing to earn his money? Why was a journalist allowed to overrule the PM on policy? Why was a journalist allowed to make policy?

The only thing that the PM seems more than a little preoccupied with is his own ego and popularity. Last weekend he threw a lavish reception for backbench Tory MPs at Downing Street  in order to try and improve his popularity with them, who picked up the bill for that? The taxpayer! Apparently Samantha Cameron worked one room, and Cameron worked another and they got the kids in their pyjamas to run about from room to room. Is there no end to what this man will not go to in order to boost his ego.
We have had to put up with Andy Coulson being paid a huge salary by the taxpayer to manage photos and manage the Camerons like they are bloody celebrities, meanwhile the critically important matter like privatising the NHS, is left to sort itself out in the hands of an even bigger idiot than David Cameron (if that is possible).
Since their  baby was born, we have had that child photographed with her father at every given opportunity, being used like she was some appendage to her father's celebrity, I find this galling enough, but something else I find worse, is the way Cameron appears to use his father's death, and his late little boy's disability and death as an excuse for something he promised to do and has not done! He uses the terribly sad situation to his full advantage, and that makes me cringe and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and I  know I am not alone. I am not being heartless and I do not suggest for one split second that Cameron does not feel the dreadful loss, but I have noticed how much he appears to use this and I think he should stop it.
By comparison the Blairs would only allow their children to be photographed on certain occasions, yet the Mail used to tear into them, but crawls embarrassingly up the Camerons rear orifices and that apparently is OK?
I have only seen Gordon Brown's boys once and that was when he left Downing Street and Gordon and Sarah Brown suffered the devastating loss of their baby, but apart from speaking about it just the once, I have never heard them talk abut it to the press.
For their part, the Tories are apparently "delighted" at the Balls appointment. If they are then just have they have continued to underestimate Ed Miliband, unbelievably, they are now completely underestimating Ed Balls. If they are not worried by the appointment of Mr Balls, then they really have entirely lost their grip of the situation, Ed Balls is superior to George Osborne in every conceivable way.

However, we have a country slipping into crisis, the biggest unprecedented reforms in the NHS, welfare and education. Utility bills are soaring, people cannot afford to keep warm, unemployment is soaring, bankruptcies growing, people are starting to have their homes repossessed, economic growth is stagnant, the construction industry has all but slipped into recession, the service sector is not far behind, the voluntary sector is screaming out for help against all these cuts, and the public sector is being decimated and hundreds of thousands of jobs being lost and on top of that the housing market has reached an all time low and last Christmas trading figures were flat, and the private sector is NOT making anywhere near the number of jobs it needs to make and this is BEFORE the cuts really start to bite, and what is Cameron doing? I'll tell you, instead of concentrating on the appalling mess he, Osborne and Clegg and the other Tories are making of this country, they are worrying about being  frustrated at how Miliband has managed to slip both the ‘Red Ed’ and ‘Son of Brown’ tags, that they (the Tories) childishly tried so hard to pin on them. Instead of worrying about the country, they are worrying  about how they can damage Miliband and Balls! Who it has to be said are knuckling down to the job of opposition and are trying to do their jobs in opposing this government's insane policies.

Cameron has his staff busy going through the archives looking for pictures of the two Eds standing behind Brown, so they can try and pin some silly little slogan on them, who is paying for this puerile nonsense? The taxpayer?

Where is David Cameron and just what is he doing? Maybe he should spend less time at the tanning salon, less time running around Hyde Park with his expensive celebrity personal trainer, less time posing for TV and the press, less time finding ways to boost his ego, less time holding expensive bashes for his MPs and trying to improve his popularity with them, and more time doing the bloody job he coveted for so long?

He assumed the role of pm, no one actually voted for him to be prime minister, he has forced this coalition on us, no one voted for it, nowhere on any ballot paper did it say "coalition", and he is gerrymandering parliament and the boundaries so he can impose himself illegally on us for at least five years. He had Rupert and James Murdoch, Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson get him into number 10, by telling complete and utter lies about Gordon Brown and now it looks like they hacked into his phone, which explains all the leaks that were coming out of the former prime minister's office, looks like someone was listening to his messages then twisting the truth to make it sound like something it wasn't. By hook or by rook, Cameron got himself into Downing Street, but now he is there he hasn't got a bloody clue how to handle it all, or what to do, his "dimwittedness" is really showing and he is leading this country into unmitigated disaster, and all he can do is worry about his ridiculous image.

David Cameron reminds me of one of those brides who want the wedding and all the trappings bot NOT the marriage! He wants to prime minister, he wants to feel important, he wants to swan around in his expensive luxurious ministerial car, he wants all the champagne receptions, dinners and lunches, he wants all the luxury trappings of the job, but he does NOT actually want to do the job and it is quite obvious now, that Cameron does not even have any idea of how to do the job he coveted for so long.

It is about time we had another election, this country did not vote for this and we did not give the Tories a mandate to privatise the NHS, or take a virtually "unwinnable" gamble with the economy!

Nick Clegg's Duplicity Reigns Again! This Time On PCTs & SHA's

More Lies From Clegg
This morning on the Andrew Marr show Nick Clegg was put on the spot about his manifesto promises on the NHS, Marr accused Clegg of not mentioning this radical reform in the manifesto, the Tory manifesto and later the coalition agreement. Clegg said the manifesto did say that they would radically reform the NHS and that the manifesto said they would scrap the Strategic Health Authorities (SHAs) and Primary Care Trusts (PCTs).

I checked the Liberal Democrat 2010 manifesto to see if it indeed contained information on the kind of radical changes now being hastily pushed through by the Tories.

Liberal Manifesto

Page 40 (my comments are in red italics)

Cut the Department of Health by half abolish unnecessary quangos such as Connecting For Health and cut the budgets of the rest, scrap Strategic Health Authorities and seek to limit the pay and bonuses of top NHS managers so that none are paid more than the Prime Minister.

Clegg has made much about what his manifesto said, so why hasn't he managed to reduce Andrew Lansley's Department of Health by half?
It does say they would scrap SHAs, but does not say what they would replace them with, specifically is does NOT mention replacing SHAs with GP Consortia.

Page 43 (Primary Care Trusts)

Empowering local communities to improve health services through elected Local Health Boards, which will take over the role of Primary Care Trust boards in commissioning care for local people, working in co-operation with local councils. Over time, Local Health Boards should be able to take on greater responsibility for revenue and resources to allow local people to fund local services which need extra money.
Where does it say here that the Liberal Democrats would introduce consortia and private health care providers into the system? Where does it say that it would introduce the external market into the NHS pitting surgery against surgery and hospital against hospital? In fact here is what they say on the  matter of GP funding, (again extremely vague).

Giving Local Health Boards the freedom to commission services for local people from a range of different types of provider, including for example staff co-operatives, on the basis of a level playing field in any competitive tendering – ending any current bias in favour of private providers.

What he is in fact talking about here is the thorny issue of preferred providers, but in the majority of cases the NHS itself is the preferred provider, if you take it away from them, then it will go directly into the hands of "any willing provider" which means your service will become subject to market competition, cash strapped GPs may go for the cheapest, but the cheapest will not necessarily be the best and will not necessarily mean value for money.

What they say they would remove PCTs and replace then with an elected Local Health Board, what is the difference between that and a PCT? One is elected an one isn't, it is just words that I am afraid mean absolutely nothing.
In fact this whole chapter is just weak wishy washy Lib Dem speak, it is extremely vague about what it would do, it does NOT say that they will take the entire £80 billion health care budget and give it to GPs, in fact it is so vague, the most radical reforms of the NHS in its entire 63 year history are undertaken in just 15 vague sentences, this covers service providers and GO funding and scrapping SHAs and PCTs. It is laughable and completely childish.

And once again the Liberal Democrat leader is caught out in the act of duplicity, but this is more than just a broken political promise, this is not just about a manifesto that is not worth the paper it is written on, it is about the actual lives of the nation and Clegg should not be able to make claims like this and lie through his back teeth, it is simply not good enough.

This is about our NHS and Nick Clegg is helping vote through its complete dismantling and privatisation, which has never before been attempted anywhere else in the world and certainly not in the 63 year history of the NHS.
Ask Clegg why he is doing thism he will waffle what he hopes to sound like patient choice and GP care providing, all the warm words, but they are just words and they hide the cold hard facts that the Tories helped by the Liberal Democrats are privatising our NHS, they are not telling us they are doing it, they know this would cause outrage, but make no mistake this is what they are doing. Look over this blog you will see that I have written much on this, trying to warn people.
There is absolutely no reason to totally and radically reform the NHS, it was not an election issue because satisfaction with the NHS was at an all time high, which is a far cry from where the Tories left It almost dead on its feet in 1997!

Nick Clegg On Andy Coulson

Last September 2010, Nick Clegg was taking Prime Minister's Questions in the House of Commons, he was asked by Labour's Jack Straw, if Andy Coulson knew about the phone hacking, Clegg petulantly announced that they had informed the police and then Clegg went on to reveal that when Coulson resigned over the allegations, "the first person to commiserate with him was Gordon Brown. He told him he’d done the honourable thing, and said knew he would go on to do a worthwhile job."
Apparently Mr Brown had telephoned Mr Coulson after learning about the resignation.

Clegg saying this revealed two things:
1) That Nick Clegg had been given this information by Andy Coulson in preparation should this question come up at PMQs. So much for Andy Coulson's personal integrity that he should reveal a phone call from someone who only wished him well, in order to beat Mr Brown and Labour around the head with it.
But what do we expect from a Fleet Street hack, who denies knowing what the world and his dog, know he knows!

2) More importantly, this faux pas by Clegg and Coulson also revealed something far more profound, it proves that Cameron, Clegg and Coulson and no doubt George Osborne, have been openly discussing Coulson's involvement with the News of the World hacking scandal.

All of these men know that Coulson knows more than he is letting on, let's face it if he did not know what his reporters were doing and how they were getting information that quite frankly was illegal, then he would be totally incompetent. Not only would this have to go to the papers lawyers before it was published, the first question that Coulson as editor would have wanted to know was where they got their information from.

Now that Gordon Brown and Tony Blair are demanding to know if their messages were hacked into, this rather stupid comment by Nick Clegg in the House on September 8th, is likely to come back and bite them.

Blair and Brown Call In Police Over Phone Hacking.

I knew this was going to bring this government down, this has now started and now we see the REAL reasons why Andy Coulson had to resign and as David Cameron must have known the real reasons too, this makes him a serial deceiver, in other words a pathological liar!

How could he give his full backing to Coulson? In fact how could the buffoon ever hire Coulson in the beginning? Cameron is a buffoon in charge of an amateur buffoonish government, with a chancellor who cannot add up and doesn't know his fiscal policy from his monetary policy, who does not pay his own tax to his own office and who is also taking an unprecedented gamble with the economy, an education secretary who has to bring out 6 papers before he gets one of them nearly correct, a transport minister who has off-shore accounts and does not do anything about the snow report on his desk from last June, and leads us full on into a severe winter and brings the country to a stand still, a health secretary who does not know his arse from his elbow who inflicted a swine flu epidemic on the country, and who now has the full backing of the prime minister to mess up and privatise the NHS.

Every day it just gets worse and worse and worse, we are being governed by gimps, buffoons of the highest order, God help us all.

If it can be proved that Tony Blair and Gordon Brown's phones were hacked and that Cameron knew about it, or benefited from it or both, this Tory led government of complete sleaze ridden buffoons is doomed and not even a year into the parliament.
The right wing papers need now to be feeling very afraid, the Murdochs are in this up to their eyes, they have been the ones mainly going for Gordon Brown and telling such ridiculous lies about him.

This is what happens when UNELECTED Australain news barons get out of control and try to rule the country, they become dictators and work the Tory prime minister by pulling his strings!

Not a year in and all this sleaze!

Why Andy Coulson Had To Go - The Crooked Triangle

The
"Crooked Triangle"
Andy Coulson was forced to resign because it was thought that if he went now, he could stop the "bad news" from spreading and tainting David Cameron and the Tory led government. it is far too late, they cannot stop this now, a political tsunami is approaching David Cameron and it is about to engulf the Tory led government and the  "Crooked Triangle". The Crooked Triangle consists of David Cameron, The Metropolitan police and News International  (Rupert Murdoch his son James Murdoch and his associates, Andy Coulson and Rebekah Brooks.)

If they think that their actions now are going to exonerate Cameron, they are completely away with the fairies, it is far too little and way too late and Cameron's judgement in hiring Coulson in the first place is absolutely dire. Or perhaps David Cameron was forced into hiring Coulson by Rupert Murdoch who may have previously persuaded Andy Coulson to fall on his sword to get the News of the World out of trouble, as part of the deal in return for Murdoch supporting the Tories. Rupert Murdoch may be asking his James "just what the hell mess he has got them all into". James Murdoch is thought to have played a big part in persuading Rupert Murdoch from switching support from the Labour party to the Tory party.

There is no way that Cameron can disassociate himself now with Murdoch and News International as he and George Osborne are right in the thick of this and sooner or later the deals cut in order to garner political support will make their way onto the front pages, especially now as it looks like the News of the World is not the only paper who will be named in this phone hacking scandal, one can only guess at this stage who the other papers are likely to be, but Murdoch's Sun and Times spring to mind.

It shows the political naivety that David Cameron, Andy Coulson and George Osborne along with probably James Murdoch and  Rebekah Wade, that they thought they could manage Coulson's resignation and manipulate the media. These people who are supposed to be on top of their game thought they could bury this story in amongst Blair at the Chilcott Inquiry, and the resignation for purely family reasons of Labour's Alan Johnson. Obviously they had no idea how this story was going to sprout legs and run and that in itself is astonishing, as these people are supposed to be news moguls and the other is supposed to be smart enough to run the country! The truth is, in so many ways this has monstrously backfired on them, not only because of the coverage it generated, but because it has no highlighted possible involvement of wrongdoing by the Metropolitan police.
If in David Cameron suddenly goes from giving his full backing to Andy Coulson and tries to spin himself as a victim like "everyone else" and thinks he can get away with it, he needs to think again, this is not going to d go away, not for Andy Coulson, News International OR David Cameron!

When Cameron was interviewed he said that Coulson has been a service to the country, why and how exactly has Andy Coulson who at the end of the day is just Cameron's spin doctor been serving the country? In what capacity exactly?  Cameron also said that the only sleepless nights he has had, was when Coulson had overruled him on something! So what is David Cameron actually saying? That we have an unelected former editor of a tabloid newspaper overruling the prime minister of Britain on policy?

Who elected Andy Coulson? Who elected Rupert Murdoch? Who elected James Murdoch? Who elected Rebekah Brooks? Who elected The Metropolitan police?

There is also something else to be considered. When the Metropolitan police investigated the so-called "Cash for Honours" matter, they pursued this with utter absurd vigor, no charges were ever brought. Now look at the familiar name of  John Yates, the Assistant Police Commissioner.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced that there would be no criminal proceedings arising out of the so called "Cash for Honours" investigation.

The investigation, by a team of the Metropolitan Police led by Assistant Commissioner John Yates, commenced in March 2006, following a complaint made by a member of the Scottish National Party.

John Yates is the same Assistant Police Commissioner who has systematically tried to kick these hacking allegations into the long grass.

Isn't it odd how he can pursue one case concerning one government with such vigor to the point of talking about arresting a sitting prime minister, while being completely lax to the point of obstructing another case concerning phone hacking concerning a Conservative government?
John Yates has persisted in this until the allegations about phone hacking would not go away and he was forced to write this letter sent to the director of public prosecution Keir Starmer on Friday 14 January 2011.

RE: ALLEGATIONS OF PHONE HACKING
I am grateful for the opportunity we had today to discuss the above matter.
We are both aware that there remain outstanding public, legal and political concerns. This is particularly so in relation to the various and recently reported high profile civil cases, as well as the inquiry to be undertaken by the Parliamentary Standards & Privileges Committee.
As a result, I consider it would be wise to invite you to further re-examine all the material collected in this matter. This would also enable you to advise me and assure yourself as to whether there is any existing material which could now form evidence in any future criminal prosecution relating to phone hacking.
The conclusions should be provided to you in the first instance for you to then advise me as to what, if any, further action may be required. We both understand that any future action will always be for the police to consider independently.
John Yates
Acting Deputy Commissioner
____

We have gross incompetent idiots running this country in the form of David Cameron, George Osborne and Nick Clegg, they really haven't a clue, which is why we repeatedly see messes like this.  Now even more alarming from behind the scenes it is now beginning to emerge that we have an inner circle of unelected news barons in the form of spin doctor Coulson formerly editor of the News of the World, Rupert and James Murdoch of the Sun newspaper and Rebekah Brooks, overruling our prime minister running this country!  David Cameron is not only dim and gutless, he is now powerless as Rupert Murdoch is some kind of  quasi prime minister! My God what a flaming mess has been created by the Tories and David Cameron.

No wonder they are are causing chaos and confusion and such a mess of things. Pretty scary when you realise that this incompetent shower are messing around with the economy and taking huge gambles with it and planning to privatise the NHS behind the backs of the British public, yet none of them could organise a flu vaccine campaign correctly without endangering the nation and causing the premature deaths of up to 120 people.

Punished Twice For The same Offence?

Andy Coulson
Yesterday when being interviewed about Andy Coulson's resignation David Cameron said on camera that Coulson was "being punished twice for the same offence"! Wow! I thought when I heard those words, and I fully expected the media and the press pack to pick up on this rather odd choice of words from Cameron, seize them, and run with them. You can bet that if this was the Labour leader making such a statement, his words would have been plastered wall to wall within minutes. But no they weren't! Certainly not on "SKY NEWS" anyway, instead we were treated to a stream of reporters trying to cover up those words. Kay Burley, changed them several times by omitting the word  "offence" entirely, then substituting the word "offence" for "problem", then again changing it to "alleged offence". If this wasn't bad enough we were treated to a whole stream of Sky reporters all falling over themselves to gush about Coulson, while exonerate David Cameron, we even had Sky's  Adam the Tories are in my blood Bolton camping out in Downing Street waiting for the departure of Andy Coulson, when Coulson showed it was to just totally ignore Bolton and walk off to get in his car around the corner, but could old Cameron idoliser Adam Bolton leave it at that? No of course not he seized his chance to try and put himself in the running for the Coulson vacancy by shouting after Coulson as he beat a hasty retreat, something like "Sorry to see hear you leaving Mr Coulson" In his eagerness to impress, the gushing Adam Bolton stumbled over his words making himself sound even more sycophantic (if that were at all possible).

I smell Rupert Murdoch & Son  the lacklustre stranger to the truth James Murdoch, all over this story, in fact the stench is overpowering and has the olfactics working overtime.

I believe that Sky news was tipped of by Coulson that he was going to resign yesterday, and in preparation, the orders came down from the top of News Corporation that all Sky News presenters and reporters had to report immediately to the "Rupert Murdoch Clinic of Journalistic Medicine", where they were all vaccinated with a gramophone needle and given triple doses of the mind altering drug with the generic name of "sycophancy". This "medication" makes the recipient gush about Andy Coulson to a stomach  churning level, while completely crawling up the bum of the prime minster and at all costs never letting a chance go in which they can try to completely exonerate David Cameron of all blame. The level of this was so obvious that I hear it first produced stunned silences before copious amounts of laughter all over the country, it really was that bad.

The day after has not been much better on Sky, so we can assume that the effects of the "drugs" have some way to go before they wear off!

I do not for one minute expect that Coulson did not have a hand in advising the pm about what to say in preparation for when he is asked, so it makes those words "being punished twice for the same offence"! even more strange. In fact, as Andy Coulson is not leaving his position for a good few weeks yet, one may ask why the rush in announcing his decision? Why rush it out when the past Labour PM Tony Blair was answering questions at the Chilcott Inquiry? And why announce it when Labour had a top resignation of their own in Alan Johnson the shadow chancellor? If the PMs Media Director Andy Coulson thought his resignation would be buried in those two stories, and failed miserably to see that once he announced his resignation, he would become virtually the only story of the day/week/month, then perhaps Coulson is not as good as his job as the gushers would have us believe?

So back to those words  "being punished twice for the same offence"!  (they seem odder each time I read them) could they be Coulson's words? Is this his attempt to exonerate his boss Cameron and try to protect him for what is about to come out next? Is the denial of Coulson that he had nothing to do with the phone hacking, that has been religiously and copiously played from every Sky news presenters' lips about to come under close scrutiny?

The Metropolitan police, including the then assistant metropolitan Police Commissioner Andy Hayman, appear have been astonishingly lax and obstructive in this investigation, and the pile of evidence from Glen Mulcaire has been with the Met since the original case. It looks like a decision was taken to ring-fence this investigation around the Royals and for the Met to then say there was no other evidence of wrong doing has now been proven clearly wrong. There must now be a fresh inquiry into this whole affair and as I have said repeatedly in this blog, the Met must not be allowed to investigate alleged wrongdoing by the Met, this must now be carried out by an independent  force. These allegations for the Met are clearly serious with far reaching effect and will go right to the heart of the Tory party and the government and News Corporation AKA father and son Rupert and James Murdoch. Questions will be asked and need to be asked about how

1) Andy Coulson resigned from the News of World and took up a position with David Cameron just six months later.
2) The former Assistant Commissioner Andy Hayman resigned his position and just weeks later was writing a column for the Times, one of Rupert Murdoch's papers.

We seem to be witnessing a formation of some kind of "Bermuda Triangle" between David Cameron and  Downing Street, Rupert Murdoch's News International and the Metropolitan Police, the question is; "Who is going to disappear in the middle of it?"

How can it be believed that Andy Coulson and James Murdoch who then agreed to hundreds of thousands of pounds in payouts to private investigators, without at least asking questions about where this information was coming from and how it was being obtained? It was so obviously illegal concerning the Royals and Coulson agreed the expenses for that story, it had to be cleared with the News of the World's legal department before publication, the information was obviously gathered illegally. The papers lawyers would have had to know where it came from and how it was obtained and so would Andy Coulson, James Murdoch and Rupert Murdoch, it is absolutely inconceivable to think they did not know. So Andy Coulson must be lying! So must Rupert Murdoch and James Murdoch and where does Rebekah Brooks the chief executive of  Murdoch's News International and the the personal friend of David Cameron's who he visited personally over Christmas fit in to all of this?

It seems mighty strange that in light of the recent revelations about the "closeness" of prime minister David Cameron and Brooks, that this resignation should suddenly hit the news!

Andy Coulson pretending that he cannot remember is laughable. It’s also worth noting that his entire defence was that he had ‘no recollection’ of phone hacking, so Coulson is not actually denying that he knew, just merely pretending he does not remember, could this be his defence to escape perjury charges? If it is, Coulson and Cameron for that matter, should remember in law, "ignorance is no defence".  Once again this also brings into serious doubt the profundity of the Met's original inquiry.
I am also reminded of how Rupert Murdoch slunk in and out of Downing Street to visit David Cameron, just 24 hours after Cameron assumed the role of prime minister and has been a regular visitor since, his entries and exits always by the rear door. I am reminded of the meetings and interaction between David Cameron's media team and Murdoch's New International team.

Clive Goodman and Glen Mulcaire were sacrificed on the alter of Murdoch's News International, of that there is no doubt. Sacrificed to save people much higher up than they, I wonder if they were paid for it?

If Cameron, Coulson, James Murdoch, Rebekah Brooks and Rupert Murdoch thought "the plan they had hatched over the Christmas break" was going to take care of this matter, I think this morning they would have been groaning into their high class muesli!

Before this matter is done, we will be treated to the inner workings of:

  •  Cameron's opposition and how he procured the support of Murdoch's right wing press.
  • Cameron's Tory led government and its dependency on News International
  • Murdoch's influence over the policies and political running of Britain
  • The metropolitan police underhand investigation of the entire matter NOT once but several times, which will clearly bring them under close scrutiny
  • The role of Andy Hayman the former Assistant Metropolitan Police Commissioner
  • Exactly how deep these phone hackings went
  • And without doubt Coulson's pretence of ignorance will be shown up to be the lie that it is
Once all this is done, David Cameron's government will be in tatters, it will be shown up to be formed on a lie and run on lies and broken promises.

The Coulson resignation seems likely to be the start of the affair, not the end.

Same old Tories or much worse?
