The handing of the Murdoch brief to the Culture, Media and Sport secretary Jeremy Hunt, has once again fuelled speculation over the prime minister David Cameron's Judgement! Not for the first time has Cameron made the completely wrong decision, Cameron it seems, hasn't the ability to make the correct calls and cannot work under pressure and that does not bode well for the UK.

If Jeremy Hunt the Culture, Media and Sport Secretary approves Rupert Murdoch's controversial takeover of BSkyB, he could face a legal challenge, not only because of Mr Hunt's past comments in support of Rupert Murdoch, but also because he has already held a private meeting with  Murdoch's son James last June. Lawyers experienced in this kind of law have stated that if Hunt approves of this takeover then legal challenges will follow.

The Culture Secretary should never have been asked to take on this work, it is a complete lapse of common sense and once again we are witnessing this inherently flawed judgement of David Cameron.

This proposed merger must be seen as above reproach, but with the recent events, it is anything but above reproach.

• Rupert Murdoch backed Cameron in the general election in all of his papers and TV news stations
• Rupert Murdoch was the first visitor to Downing Street, visiting within 24 hours of Cameron becoming prime minister
• Murdoch entered and left by the rear door so he would not be seen
• Jeremy Hunt has flown out of the country to hold meetings with James Murdoch about his father's take-over bid

The take over decision of BSkyB should not be taken by ministers, it should be taken by independent bodies.

Since Vince Cable spoke about being "in a war with Rupert Murdoch" and has had this part of his brief stripped away, Rupert Murdoch shelved a big advertising campaign, so sure is he now that his merger is going to be waived through by Jeremy Hunt.

David Cameron and George Osborne has heavily compromised themselves concerning Rupert Murdoch and his News Corporation, it is just not possible for this Tory led government to be able to have anything to do with this decision at all.

Now we learn that the government is starting to set the BBC up to be sold off and privatised. Will Murdoch be after the BBC too?

It is thought that th former Governor of Hing Kong, Chris Patten will be given the corporations top job in any takeover.

Sir Gus O'Donnell must come clean over the extent of Jeremy Hunt's involvement with Rupert Murdoch and his son James. Jeremy Hunt's position with Rupert and James Murdoch looks to be thoroughly compromised and there is no way he should be dealing with this and David Cameron should NOT have placed him this position.

This all looks to be a set up, designed purely to get Rupert Murdoch exactly what he wants, BSkyB today and tomorrow the BBC! Murdoch is too big and he already dominates the news agendas in this country, he already is interfering in the running of political parties and now he is interfering in the running of government.

Ofcom have been delivered 60.000 signatures all against this proposed take-over bid of Murdoch's, they know there is a groundswell of opinion against this takeover.

The question is why does Murdoch want such a control on the media in the UK? Why does he feel the need to have so much control over the media in any part of the world?

David Cameron and the Tories have done a deal with Rupert Murdoch, in return for Murdoch's news empire to back the Tories,  the Tories will wave through this deal for News Corporation to take over BSkyB and this goes against everything that Britain and British governments have ever stood for.

Andy Coulson, Murdoch's former editor of his paper the News of the World, left under a cloud in the phone hacking scandal and was promptly employed by David Cameron as his director of communications just a couple of months later. This is why David Cameron was too afraid to sack Andy Coulson, even though he was and is involved in the telephone hacking scandal. (And this is not finished yet)

David Cameron should never had got involved with Murdoch and he should never have hired Andy Coulson.

Cameron has also been responsible for hiring people like Lord Ashcroft and Philip Green who owe this country millions in unpaid taxes.

Cameron has allowed ministers in  to stay in his government who have off-shore accounts and do not pay UK taxes.

Cameron's own chancellor George Osborne is dodging paying his proper taxes.

Cameron's friend who owns Vodafone has been let off paying £6 billion in owed taxes to the UK Treasury.

Cameron has let his *BANKER* friends get away with nearly ruining this country and paying themselves huge bonuses.

Cameron has allowed the bankers levy to be reduced, so they do not have to pay the country £1 billion

Cameron hired as Conservative Party chairman someone whose tax affairs were highly dubious, despite being warned not to.

Cameron's judgement is shot to pieces and still he is allowed to continue ruining this country and making a complete hash of everything. Even his own government does not trust him.

This last 2 weeks the country has been brought to a stand still though bad weather and Cameron is nowhere to be seen, he refused to come out when it was revealed the depth of the council spending cuts.

Back to the Murdoch take-over -

BSkyB today and the BBC Tomorrow.

Don't say you were not warned. If this merger goes through, this spells complete disaster for free speech and British democracy.

This is a colossal Tory scandal waiting to break and when it does, it will have the proclivity to bring the Tory led government down.

For a government only in its seventh month, it is already mired in scandals and sleaze and lies.

Coalition? What Coalition?

Another day and another round of infighting breaks out in the Tory led government. I refuse to call this a coalition, I have never thought it was a true coalition. David Cameron was short of seats so he just went out and purchased a few Lib Dems until he had enough to slither himself into Downing Street and into being prime minister. How can that be a coalition? How can we have a deputy prime minister from the smallest of the main political parties who leads a party that actually contracted and lost seats during a general election where they were expected to pick up seats?
If there is anything that would put me off voting for AV or PR it is the unedifying shambles that has played out before us this past few days, it has reaffirmed to me that I do not like coalition governments. It is ridiculous tha the smallest party that people least want to see in government can hold the country to ransom, that to me is not democracy, give me first past the post (FPTP) any day warts 'n all, I'll take that over this debacle any day of the week.

Although I do have to point out here, that this coalition was NOT just cobbled together in the few days following last May's general election, this agreement between the Tories and the Liberal Democrat party was put together over a year *before* the general election. All that posturing after the election from the Tories and Lib Dems was just plain dishonest political grandstanding, they always knew what they were going to do, well before the post election meetings took place. Nick Clegg in particular did not want this to leak out because it would show both parties to be the deeply duplicitous and disingenuous parties they actually are, run by deeply dishonest politicians. Liberal Democrat supporters already feel as if their votes have been stolen from them by Clegg.

Ed Miliband is correct when he called this "coalition" a sham, this is exactly what it is, one big lying sham from start to finish and now the scales have fallen away what has been revealed is ministers, all lying and smiling to each others faces while stabbing each other in the back, this is one thing, but they have done exactly the same to the people of this country, further damaging politics and politicians reputations.

How can the people of this country ever believe a single thing that comes from the mouth of David Cameron, George Osborne or Nick Clegg, or any Liberal Democrat MP in this government?
They have been exposed as lairs and cheats, too busy trying to keep their own jobs and this ridiculous government in power to worry about what is happening in this country and to this country.

David Cameron and Nick Clegg decided to keep a lame duck Business secretary in place quite simply because if they had sacked Vince Cable as they should have done, it could like Cable have said, destabilised this government and brought it down, so they kept him in his position in a complete farce and cop out that has never seen in British politics before and all this damage has been done, because Clegg and Cameron were too weak and too indecisive to do what they knew to be the right thing, and the only thing open to them. Sack Cable.
Cameron and Clegg have made themselves and this ludicrous Tory led government look farcical.

The Liberal Democrats should leave this government and let it try to govern in a minority until it can be brought down and another general election held.

While Tories, Prime Minister David Cameron, Chancellor George Osborne and Deputy PM Nick Clegg, (yes Clegg is a fully fledged blue Tory) are busy telling us these swingeing cuts are for our own good, and if we all take their Tory medicine together it will not taste so nasty, because "we are all in this together", they have been amassing millions of pounds in the Tory party coffers. The Conservative party has been kept going for 10 years by just 15 mega-rich donors , who have donated a staggering £45 million!

As it stands today, the Conservative party is a multi-million pound party, it is the richest political party in the entire history of this country. It accepts donations from bankers and Hedge funds. The Hedge "funders" who bet on banks failing and our misery in recessions, they make money out of our suffering and donate millions of pounds of it to the Conservative party.

Not only have a select few donors donated so much, the way it has been donated is questionable, and why it has been donated is also highly questionable. Many of the Tory donors are now Lords and Sirs, as Cameron seeks to stuff the unelected Lords  with as many Tories as he can get away with in order to get his legislation through.

Many of the donors to the Tory party who have been made Lords and Sirs, were the very people that signed open letters written to Tory newspapers, backing the Conservative party cuts. Many of these donors own companies that stand to benefit millions and billions out of Tory imposed cuts, Tory privatisation to our education system and to our NHS and even the politicisation of our police force. One person a serving officer in Her Majesty's army, even launched an attack on the sitting government while he was still a serving officer, it turns out he has been promised a Tory peerage.

While accepting millions of pounds in concealed donations for his own party, David Cameron has criticised the Labour party for accepting completely above board, regulated and declared donations from unions, which is something that the unions and the labour party have always done. At the moment Cameron and Osborne are trying to pass legislation to make it impossible for the unions to donate to the Labour party in the future, if this is allowed it will cripple the Labour party financially, while the Tories will be allowed to carry on accepting millions of pounds in donations from their super-rich supporters. One really must question the motive behind this, because not only are the Tories doing this, they are also trying to get legislation through that robs Labour of constituency seats and hands them directly to the Tories. This is not all however, because at the same time the Tories are trying to gerrymander parliament to make it impossible for MPs to vote the Tories out in a vote of no confidence, they are seeking to change the constitution without consulting the people of this country. David Cameron is trying to make it impossible for Labour to win another election, first by bankrupting them and then via passing legislation that is profoundly undemocratic and by gerrymandering parliament, the boundaries and the British constitution. This is alarming, it is seeking to remove political choice from the British people, thus threatening our very democracy.

Even if you are a lifelong Tory supporter, what David Cameron, George Osborne and Nick Clegg are trying to do, should strike fear into your heart.

As an outsider looking into the machinations of Cameron and the Tories, it does not make for a very good picture. Of course David Cameron is pleased to be in this sham coalition government with the Liberal Democrats,  why wouldn't he be? It is a gift from above as it enables him to destroy the Liberal Democrat party from within and what a good job he is doing of it too. Since entering this arrangement with the Tories, the Lib Dem support has plummeted, it now only averages a very shaky 9% in the polls and now that is even beginning to dip as recordings of 8% have been taken this past few weeks. Without a shadow of doubt and given the Liberal Democrats recent woes, even that lowly figure will soon fall further to 7%, or even 6%. Nick Clegg appears totally unworried by this, probably because he isn't much worried, he could not really care less.  Nick Clegg has probably already agreed with Cameron that the Liberal Democrats will merge with the Tories at some point, in fact former Conservative prime minister and now Lord John Major, has already  mooted this suggestion of a merger between the Tories and the Liberal Democrats several times and has suggested "the coalition could represent a mini-realignment" of politics and the two parties should “prolong” their co-operation beyond this parliament". Of course in reality, John Major  knows very well that this in no way could be classed as a "mini-realignment", this will almost certainly end in not a two party system, but a one party system, because no matter what lies Cameron, Osborne and Clegg utter, their intentions are now clear, they are hungry for power and even more desperate to keep it. If the two parties do merge (and I think it is almost certain as things now stand) it will provide Cameron with a few handy extra percentage points in the polls, this is all Cameron is interested in, because combine this with the gerrymandering of parliament, and boundaries, and it is likely this will give Cameron and the Conservatives an unfair advantage and overall majority at the next election, but at what cost? By turning Britain into a one political party country? Which then means that this Tory government can say and do what it likes to the people, then we really will have no alternative.

David Cameron, George Osborne and Nick Clegg are the biggest risk to British democracy in living memory, at least with Hitler we knew the devil and what we were up against and what we were fighting.  However, what Cameron, Osborne and Clegg are trying to do is to turn Britain into a one political party country, when they said they wanted to change British politics, in that instance they were not lying, what they were lying about was the kind of politics they wanted to change to.

Cameron, Osborne and Clegg are tin-pot dictators and they are running a fascist type government, declaring war on the poor, attacking  via cutting their benefits off and making it impossible for them to attend the highly successful Sure Start centers the previous Labour government set up, they are even attacking s disabled children and removing their benefits. Disabled people face having medicals with doctors that do not know them or their medical history and also disabled people who live in care homes are having their mobility robbed, as the government is axing the mobility part of their benefit, so their very last vestige of independence is being taken away. This government is brutally assaulting the education programme in a deliberate attempt to keep  ordinary children poorly educated, which will mean government has control over them all their lives. As part of their plan, this government are also making it impossible for poorer students to attend university. The Tories are riding roughshod over the unemployed and are socially cleansing the Tory rich affluent areas of our towns and cities, by making it impossible for the lower paid to stay there, they are threatening upwards of 100.000 people, the majority are families with children the removal of the very roof over their heads. As well as this, the Tory government is also privatising the NHS, they have become so drunk on their own power and their own ego and their own importance, that they are no longer even trying to conceal that they are privatising the NHS and the fist two hospitals have almost been sold off completely to "friends of the Tory party" and they will be solely own by a private company. We will very soon have a two tier health system in this country, don't say you were not warned, the Tories themselves were disclosed in Wikileaks as promising that Britain will become more "pro-American".

By the time this Tory government is finished, we will have a whole underclass in this country, many forced to live in ghettos with never a hope of escaping. Children will fall through the net, we are set to embark on one of the most violent phases this country has ever known. There will be mass demonstrations and civil unrest like this country has never witnessed before as the penny begins to drop exactly what thsi Tory government is up to.

Forget returning to the 1980s, this country is returning to inequalities of Victorian Britain, courtesy of Cameron, Osborne and Clegg. These men are playing with fire, they are hapless and clueless and are creating mess in this country the like we have never before witnessed.
Coming from monied backgrounds, they really do think they are better than us, and that we should all listen to them and do exactly what they say. The truth is these people are not better than us, they are actually intellectually bereft. They are tin-pot dictators running a fascist like regime, but as most dictators in history they are not clever, just born privileged and lucky and they see no reason at all why this country should have a welfare state, after all they and their families have never needed one, so why should anyone else? They are interfering in things they have no business interfering in and they honestly do not see that what they are trying to do is morally wrong and that it could lead to mass violence and unrest as people decide to fight against this new form of Tory fascism.

I am terrified for my children and grandchildren and for their futures and for my country and I am by far not alone!

If you are not scared of this Tory led government and the mess and carnage they are creating in this country, then you do not understand the situation.

"Broke" countries do not borrow upwards of £10 billion to loan to another country, especially one who has not been a very good friend or neighbour of Britain. a country who reduced their corporation ludicrously low specifically to tempt UK companies out of Britain in order to set up in Ireland! The most absurd thing is that George Osborne once said he is going to Ireland to listen and learn about their wonderful economy and that the UK should follow their example! (Good job Brown and Darling didn't, or we would be in the same situation now). Osborne took this £10 billion and loaned it to Ireland without even asking permission of parliament. there should have been provisos attached to that loan, like forcing the Irish to raise their corporation tax to the same level as us, to create a level playing field in business. The whole Irish loan is a fiasco and this country will never ever get that £10 billion back and please do not forget, the UK will carry on paying the interest on that £10 billion all the time the loan is outstanding. It is patently absurd that this country was forced to bail out the Irish banks by George Osborne and David Cameron, when these two voted against this country bailing our own banks out. While in opposition Cameron and Osborne were quite happy to see our banks fail, our people lose their jobs, businesses, homes, mortgages, savings and pensions, simply because it suited them politically, they could not care less, as long as their election prospects benefited. This is the calibre of government we have in the UK today.

 Today I heard one of the biggest liars in British politics actually blame the previous Labour government for the GLOBAL recession! I kid you not.


"PiNICKio" Clegg, said that they are clearing up the mess from the Labour recession! Can you actually believe this?  So does this make the recessions in the US, Japan, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal, etc etc all labour's fault too?


This daft asinine accusation comes from Clegg, the man who knowingly signed a pledge not to raise tuition fees, when he knew at the time he was NOT going to honour that pledge! He KNEW he could not honour that pledge, yet he still told students he would in order to steal their votes.


More, the man who also said he KNEW before the general election that he was going to go for a much harsher austerity measure programme, but decided that he would NOT tell the electorate this. He carried on telling them that he would halve the deficit over four years,  again, blatantly lying to people in order to steal their votes.


Recently Nick Clegg has also been found to have deliberately mislead parliament over the reasons why he and Vince Cable (yes him again) decided NOT to give Sheffield Forgemasters a loan - so Nick Clegg has been found to be lying yet again.

There is something psychologically wrong with Nick Clegg he is a compulsive or pathological liar and he should not even be an MP let alone deputy PM, he just cannot be trusted, he is a dangerous liar, how can we have a compulsive liar in high office?


Stop lying to us Clegg and stop blaming labour for the GLOBAL (understand GLOBAL) recession NOT Labour recession as you lied about on national TV (yet again liar).


It is time that Nick Clegg was recalled under his own election pledge recall promise and a by-Election held in Sheffield Hallam, oh but wait, he can't be, because he has also lied about that!

Why Is Vince Cable Still In His Job?

How many more times are these three people going to be inexplicably linked with heart of British government ? Something is badly wrong, something is stinking and it is coming right from the heart of government.

Cable (supposedly unaware) that he was talking to two  undercover Telegraph reporter said he was going to block the Murdoch application for BSkyB take-over. Really? No seriously, really?

• We all know how Cameron is an ex PR salesman, a spin doctor, obsessed with spin and media manipulation.
• We all know that Murdoch's News Corporation backed Cameron and the Tories to the hilt.
• Rupert Murdoch was the first visitor to Number 10 after Cameron became prime minister and that he entered and left by the back door.
• Rupert Murdoch has been back several times since, slipping in and out trying not to be seen.
• Murdoch's team are constantly in touch with Cameron's team.
• Cameron's team at number 10 refuse point blank to give details about Murdoch's visits to Downing Street, even though information about these visits is definitely in the public interest.
• David Cameron has direct links with Rupert Murdoch
• Cameron's very own media advisor, is Andy Coulson
• Andy Coulson was forced to resign as editor of Murdoch's News of the World, over the phone hacking scandal.
• Andy Coulson was then employed just a couple of months later by David Cameron.
• Approximately 13 journalists gave evidence under oath to the police, all pointing to the fact that Andy Coulson DID know about the telephone hacking
• Andy Coulson was also interviewed by the police, but he was not questioned under oath like the other journalists!
• Despite this and other evidence coming to light, the CPS ruled that there was not enough evidence to proceed with a case against Andy Coulson.
• High court papers lodged by Sienna Miller's lawyers contradict paper's insistence that a single 'rogue' journalist was involved and implicates Andy Coulson yet again.

Rupert Murdoch's propose take-over/merger bid of BSkyB is inexplicably and politically tangled up with David Cameron and the Conservative party and Conservative government.

Vince Cable the Business Secretary told two undercover Telegraph reporters that he was "waging war on Murdoch" and that he was going to block Murdoch' merger between News Corporation and BSkyB. This is undeniably a sackable offence, but because David Cameron and Nick Clegg are so weak and ineffectual, they were too scared to sack Cable, instead, bizarrely, they stripped him of responsibility for this merger and left him in his post!

In order to keep Vince Cable in his post, no less than 70 people have had to pack up their things and move office to Culture and Media Secretary Jeremy Hunt, but how impartial is Jeremy Hunt? In recent weeks, Jeremy Hunt has been overheard praising Rupert Murdoch to the hilt.

If Vince Cable was judged unable to fulfil the quasi-judicial, decision-making role in the case after expressing a bias, then in all honestly how can Jeremy Hunt fulfil the same decision making role after expressing favourable comments about Rupert Murdoch?

Pertinently, Jeremy Hunt is asked whether it would matter if Murdoch owned two TV news channels in the UK, he said;

"The important thing is not whether a particular owner owns another TV channel but to make sure you have a variety of owners with a variety of TV channels so that no one owner has a dominant position both commercially and politically.
Rather than worry about Rupert Murdoch owning another TV channel, what we should recognise is that he has probably done more to create variety and choice in British TV than any other single person because of his huge investment in setting up Sky TV, which, at one point, was losing several million pounds a day.
We would be the poorer and wouldn't be saying that British TV is the envy of the world if it hadn't been for him being prepared to take that commercial risk. We need to encourage that kind of investment."

Jeremy Hunt's own personal website describes him as follows:

"Like all good Conservatives Hunt is a cheerleader for Rupert Murdoch's contribution to the health of British television"

So it seems quite simple, how can Jeremy Hunt possibly judge this decision when he has been making comments like this?

In fact given all of this how can the Conservative party which is so closely and inexplicably involved with Rupert Murdoch and his News Corporation, and how can the Conservative led government fulfil the quasi-judicial, decision-making necessary to come to an unbiased decision?

Why was Jeremy Hunt chosen by David Cameron and Nick Clegg to take over this responsibility? Lawyers had to be consulted, yet the prime minister still went ahead with this. Jeremy Hunt is an old and very close friend of  David Cameron.

Cameron and Clegg were so worried about the legal implications of moving this power to Jeremy Hunt, that they were forced to consult top lawyers.

Sir Gus O'Donnell has apparently said that he is satisfied that Jeremy Hunt has not pre-judged the proposed take-over, but how can he possibly say this? It is a matter of public concern and public confidence. The public simply will not see it like this, the public will see  this as underhand and deceitful and coming right from the heart of government, from David Cameron and Nick Clegg, this episode is of fundamental importance to the integrity of the conduct of government, and Cameron and Clegg have fundamentally failed.

In order to keep Vince Cable in his job, David Cameron had to transfer 70 staff out of their offices and over to the Culture and Media secretary's offices. This goes much further than merely transferring responsibility from one minister to another, it actually involves massive changes to the very machinery of government and we are expected to believe that this has all been done to keep one man, Vince Cable in his position? Why? Why so much trouble for just one man?

What does Vince Cable actually know that scares David Cameron and Nick Clegg so much that they are going to these extraordinary lengths to keep him in his post? If he were a Tory MP he would have been sacked.

Perhaps Vince Cable was NOT exaggerating when he said he was the "nuclear option"? Perhaps he actually is the nuclear option and if he goes from government then the government will be brought down?

Cameron has said that Vince Cable's comments are inappropriate etc, if Cameron really thinks this then he has no option but to sack Vince Cable. In keeping Cable in his position, Cameron has made himself and Nick Clegg look weak and ineffectual and indecisive. Obviously Cameron and Clegg are too scared to sack Cable for fear that he will become a rallying point on the backbenches for dissent against this draconian Tory led government.

This whole affair has badly damaged the Conservative led government.

There are over 60.000 signatures lodged at the Regulator Ofcom offices by pressure group  38 Degrees, if Ofcom decide to allow this merger between News Corporation and BSkyB, Murdoch will have the monopoly on news in the UK. Now thanks to the responsibility being taken away from Cable and given to Jeremy Hunt, it looks very much like Rupert Murdoch, who has meddled countless times in the UK general elections, will get his way.

One would have to be simple if one did not wonder if this whole thing was one big set up from start to finish to oust Cable's responsibility for the merger and give it to Hunt and it was done this way in order to keep Cable in his post and thus keep Lib Dems happy.

There is something decidedly odd about this whole affair. Perhaps the whole thing was engineered in order to give Rupert Murdoch exactly what he wants, because he was promised this in return for his newspapers and Fox News giving unprecedented backing and coverage to Cameron and the Tory party during and before the general election in 2010 and if Murdoch did not get what he was promised, then he was going to cause serious problems for David Cameron's Tory led government?

Cable throws a wobbly, just when the Tories are slipping in the polls, he tells undercover reporters that actually made it to his surgery in the middle of severe snowfalls, things he knows if got out would cause this furore?

Once again  we are witnessing attention being diverted away from Cameron, Osborne and Clegg.

Here is a prediction, Cable will either resign or be sacked "with dignity", everyone will rally round him, patting him on the back and saying what a "decent chap" he is after all. He can then retire to the backbenches, where it looks like he actually wants to be, and then the way is made clear for the return of that person who nicked over £40.000 from the taxpayer, the return that has been mooted and polled by David Cameron himself, several times in the last few months.

And people believe this isn't a stitch up?

By coincidence this all takes place prior to Laurel and Hardy Cameron and Clegg, holding a press conference this afternoon?

We are being had ladies and gentlemen. This government is trying to fool us and we are being outragiously lied to from the top of government down.

This Tory government are lying to us and managing us and our expectations (yet again) and to boot now they have got us expecting the pensioners winter fuel allowance to be scrapped, so when it actually happens, we will not kick up too much of a fuss about it and we will just forget that thousands of pensioners will be in danger of freezing to death in their own homes next year.

When the liar and expenses cheat David Laws returns to the government we will not say anything, because we are being managed, this government are condescending, patronising and incompetent, but they are also highly dangerous.
This government is behaving like fascist tin-pot dictators.

If Cable really was a decent sort, then he would get the hell out and then tell the complete and utter truth to the electorate, apologise to us,  and then help lead the revolution to get this lying incompetent load of shysters out of Downing street - FAST. Before they do any more damage to this country. But is Cable really a decent sort? Or is he just another egomaniac, who wanted power and when he got it, he found he did not know how to use it?

Where is Cameron and Osborne?

• Osborne and Cable cancelled meetings with the banks yesterday because of the snow, yet two faux constituents still made it to Vince's surgery? And then this story is sprung on us?
• The November borrowing figures show a steep increase, not a fall! Deficit paydown anyone?
• Last August borrowing figures were £15.9 an unprecedented rise of £3 billion on August 2009 (2009 when we were in deep recession)
• The CBI has no confidence in Mervyn King, they say he is too politically close to the Tories, so by default the CBI has no confidence in this Tory government either.
• The BCC has overridden the growth predictions of Osborne's laughably independent OBR and got us prepared for a downward trend for all of next year.
• Unemployment has jumped 35.000 and soon when redundancy pay and savings run out, the claimant count will begin to rise steeply.
• The deficit will increase not decrease.
• More unemployment forecast, at least a further million.
• The housing market is crashing again, even from its low point.
• Ideological cuts will soon start to bite, right, left and center.

Osborne has been nowhere to be seen, he has not mentioned a thing about the 35.000 jump in unemployment. He should have been out owning this story, it is his remit, where is he?

Exactly what kind of mess has Osborne, Cameron and Clegg created that they hope bringing David Laws back into the government will sort out?

Something is seriously wrong at the heart of government, something the Tories have caused. They need to go and they need to go now, BEFORE they create carnage in the NHS too.

Quite frankly I am scared for my family, scared rigid, what has this lot of economically illiterate Tory buffoons done to our economy?

Tories To Scrap Pensioners Winter Fuel Payments

In a secret recording made by undercover reporters for the Telegraph, Vince Cable can be heard saying that pensioners "winter fuel payments could be next in line to be scrapped".
Winter fuel payments were introduced by Gordon Brown when he was labour chancellor, they are considered a essential lifeline by the majority of pensioners. They are a cash payment and are a huge help with expensive heating bills. Link to Vince Cable Explosive Video
During the general election campaign David Cameron repeatedly said that these payments were safe and would not be scrapped. During the televised leadership programmes, David Cameron called Gordon Brown a "liar", when Mr brown suggested that the Tories were planning to scrap these payments.

If this happens it will be yet another broken promise by David Cameron and the Tories, to add to the great many promises they have already broken, just sever months in to their government.

So in the end out of the three leaders, Cameron, Clegg and Brown, the only man telling the truth was indeed Gordon Brown. David cameron and Nick Clegg have both been found to be liars of the tallest order!
